As a top team, we developed our own skills in developing goals and strategies to achieve them. Plans to get there and assigned actions (which are three-dimensional - who x what x when) to achieve them. We learned ‘if you don't measure it, it doesn’t get done’.

The finance team under David Johnson became much better, more proactive and close knit. Information was much more timely and accurate. He made the systems work and got the best from PC based systems, which were totally absent before he arrived. He dramatically reduced audit costs by providing an audit package. He was a good communicator.
